The rift between Prince William and his brother Harry is said to have not improved despite their happy reunion at the unveiling of the statue of their mother, the late Princess Diana. Meanwhile, the US media has updated the latest information about Princess Kate, showing that the relationship between her and her sister-in-law Meghan has improved a lot.
A source told US Weekly: “The tension between Meghan and her sister-in-law Kate has eased a lot. The Duchess of Cambridge even sent Meghan a lovely gift for baby Lilibet. They are on better terms than ever and have been exchanging messages since Lilibet was born.”
Princess Kate took the initiative to send gifts to baby Lilibet, contributing to reconciliation with her sister-in-law Meghan.
This is clearly a major step forward in mending the relationship between the two royal sisters-in-law. They have been proactive in contacting each other and Kate has also expressed goodwill in reconciling with Meghan. A source close to the royal family said: “The birth of baby Lilibet has brought Kate and Meghan closer together. They have reconciled because they both have daughters. The sisters-in-law are eagerly waiting for the day when the children meet.”
It is clear that, despite being called out by her sister-in-law Meghan in the media about the bridesmaid dress drama, Kate still showed her superior class. She kept completely silent and still tried to find a way to help Harry and William reconcile at Prince Philip’s funeral as well as proactively connect with her sister-in-law Meghan. This made her loved by her husband’s family as well as her fans.
Many people believe that Princess Kate possesses the qualities needed for a future Queen. This has helped her win the trust of her husband, the Queen of England and the royal family.
“William and the Palace seem to feel that Kate possesses the calm and determination to withstand the enormous pressure of the royal family. That is a quality that a future Queen needs,” said royal expert David Riley.
“Kate certainly has no experience of dealing with the pressure of the media, but she has developed a wonderful composure over time. I think the royals have recognised her extraordinary efforts,” added Katie Nicholl, royal correspondent for Vanity Fair.
Emily Andrews, a royal editor, also agreed that Kate has the qualities to be a good Queen. Many opinions from the online community also support this view and they think that the British royal family is lucky to have Princess Kate as their daughter-in-law.
