Six claims made in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new Netflix documentary have already been proven to be completely untrue.

The first three episodes of the six-part show, described by insiders as “utterly explosive”, began streaming at 8am today and many felt the couple’s children, Archie and Lilibet, stole the show with their appearances.

However, one commentator has said the Royal Family are sure to be breathing a “huge sigh of relief” as the series appears to be more of “a hit piece against the media than against the Royal Family.”

We have listed Harry and Meghan’s 14 key soundbites from the first episode of the show, as the pair promise to tell their “truth”.

And a body language expert Judi James has had her say on a scene from the show; Judi James observes an uncomfortable Prince appears to perform a “cut-off” gesture as Meghan performs an awkward and exaggerated curtsy as she recalls meeting the Queen for the first time.

Meanwhile, Prince William will be “furious” after footage from Princess Diana’s infamous Panorama interview with shamed BBC journalist Martin Bashir was shown in the new Netflix docuseries.
