British fashion icon Julien Macdonald expressed his admiration for Princess Kate but said he did not want to collaborate with Duchess Meghan.

At the recent Fragrance Foundation Awards in London, designer Julien Macdonald shared which royals he would dream of dressing in his clothes. Julien, who was once named UK Fashion Designer of the Year, made no secret of his preference for Kate over Meghan. The stylist openly disliked Meghan, stating that the Suits star was not on his wish list to work with.
Julien told British media: “Kate is amazing. I would love for her to wear one of my pieces. I also know Queen Camilla. She is very nice.” Later, when asked if he would like to see Meghan wear one of his designs, Julien immediately replied: “No, I prefer Kate and Camilla.”
Julien also revealed that Camilla often asks him for style advice whenever they meet. The designer added: “Sometimes she’ll ask me. When I see her at events, I always say, ‘You look beautiful, Camilla’. And she’ll say, ‘You like this? I’m glad you like it’.”

Julien’s tough statement came after celebrity fashion expert Rochelle White compared Kate and Meghan ‘s personal styles . “Meghan is more trendy. Kate is more classic and classy in the way she dresses with traditional pieces. With Meghan, I feel like she is being herself and wearing things that really express her personality and personal style. Off-the-shoulder tops, shorts, backless tops… she doesn’t hide what she likes and what suits her,” Rochelle commented.
