The Duke of Sussex is said to be planning to buy a house in England so friends – who don’t like Meghan – can come visit him.
According to royal author Tom Quinn, Harry is missing parts of his old life in London. “The honeymoon period of everything being new and exciting in America must be coming to an end for Harry. He is looking back through rose-tinted glasses,” Tom Quinn told the Mirror .
The youngest son of King Charles III misses his college friends and former army comrades, but they won’t visit him in California because “it doesn’t suit Meghan,” a veteran royal expert said.
“Harry is determined to find a home of his own in the UK. That is part of the reason why he is fighting a legal battle to claim protection in the UK,” Tom Quinn added.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been left without a home in the UK after King Charles III evicted them from Frogmore Cottage early last year. The couple were evicted from the royal estate just a day after Harry released his memoir Spare , which shocked the world.
Despite being deported, Harry – Meghan and their two children – Prince Archie, Princess Lilibet – are still living comfortably in a mansion worth more than 14 million USD in Montecito, California. The house has 9 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, swimming pool, tennis court and two guest bedrooms.
