Queen Camilla dons striking feather hat and sapphire diamond brooch owned by Queen Mary.
Queen Camilla has opted to wear navy for the first day of the President of the Republic of Korea’s state visit. Queen Camilla looked stunning today as she was seen wearing a blue coat dress and a striking colour-matching feature hat by Philip Treaty for the first day of a state visit. The beautiful garment was designed by Anna Valentine.
She accessorised the outfit with a sapphire and diamond brooch which belonged to Queen Mary. Camilla finished the look with a pair of square-heeled suede boots, black leather gloves and a black leather clutch. Royal fans were quick to praise the royal’s chic ensemble with one saying on X (formerly known as Twitter): “Queen Camilla looks absolutely stunning, love the hat. And we thank her for always having King Charles’s back, he is a very lucky man.
Another one chimed: “I really like Camilla, she’s obviously very supportive. She also looks great too. She must have a tremendous stylist, everything from the style of her dresses, through to perfect colour coding for her.” King Charles and the Queen are hosting the President of the Republic of Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife, First Lady Kim Keon Hee, for a three-day state visit this week.
The guests of honour were greeted this morning at their hotel by Prince William and Princess Kate. The Princess of Wales wowed in a flaming red scarlet coat dress from Catherine Walker. Kate’s coat dress retails at £3,000 and features a prominent bow at the front. The royal paired the outfit with a hat by Jane Taylor.
William and Kate accompanied the pair to Horse Guards Parade in central London where they were given a ceremonial welcome joined by King Charles and Queen Camilla. During the formal welcome on the Royal Pavilion, the Guards of Honour gave the Royal Salute, while South Korea’s national anthem was played.
