Meghan described by staff as a ‘difficult duchess’ who never listens and is feared by everyone

Harry and Megan’s image in the US continues to be scrutinized by the media, this time over accusations of their treatment of staff. Sources close to the couple said many people were “moved to tears” by Meghan’s attitude.

Recently, the American newspaper The Hollywood Reporter published a controversial article, describing Princess Meghan (43 years old) as a “difficult Duchess” and “dictator in high heels”. A source close to the couple in California revealed: “Everyone is afraid of Meghan. She looks down on others and never listens to advice”. This source also added that the couple Meghan – Harry often change their decisions, making the work of the staff difficult.

The article quoted another source as saying that Meghan was “completely uncompromising” and often “paraded like a dictator in high heels, angrily barking orders”. This person claimed to have witnessed Meghan “reducing grown men to tears”. The Hollywood Reporter added that it was her loud tantrums and angry emails sent at 5am that earned Meghan the nickname “Duchess of Discontent”.

The news comes amid speculation that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s staff are constantly quitting. Last month, Josh Kettler, the couple’s adviser, resigned as Chief of Staff after just three months on the job. Earlier in 2021, Buckingham Palace also launched an investigation into allegations that Meghan bullied two female assistants. Jason Knauf, Harry and Meghan’s former communications secretary, wrote in a leaked email from 2018: “It seems like the Princess is always looking to pick on someone.” Meghan has denied the allegations, calling them a “calculated smear campaign” against her. Buckingham Palace’s investigation was completed in 2022, but the results have not been released.

The Hollywood Reporter made headlines last year when it published an article about the mockery of Harry and Meghan in an episode of the animated show “South Park.” The episode, titled “Private World Tour,” poked fun at the couple’s need for privacy while constantly seeking public attention.

However, people close to the Sussexes said The Hollywood Reporter’s article was “inaccurate”. The couple’s representatives have declined to comment on the information.
